'The Shedding' is a psychological comedy horror short film about a man’s attempt to get his girlfriend back by fixing his slobbish ways which is complicated by the presence of his cat’s increasingly large clumps of shedded fur in his apartment.

Written by Paul Doherty, directed by Duncan Falconer and made by members of Newcastle Film Club in 2024 and finished in 2025, we're excited to see where The Shedding will go as it begins it's festival run in 2026.
